Various forms of meditation can help up to balance our energy. From methods that assist in quieting the mind and promote the health of the body, to meditations which focus more deliberately on the chakras. I am happy to teach you some simple methods that you can do at home to keep your energy moving and free whether in a meditative state or self-care with acupressure.
